Nate Bridges

Assistant General Manager

Exposed to the food and beverage scene at the age of 15 years old, Nate Bridges is no stranger to the hospitality industry. A driven individual, Bridges’ brings an expansive resume and wide array of talents to his position as assistant general manager at Indaco.

When he arrived to Charleston, Bridges first landed a job with Indigo Road at The Macintosh in 2015. Prior to that, Bridges worked in the U.S. Virgin Islands under the well-known chef Alex Ewald at her restaurant La Tapa from 2014 to 2015. While living in Jackson Hole, WY from 2009 to 2014, Bridges worked at several well-known establishments such as Amangani Resort, Café Genevieve and The Handle Bar, run by The Mina Group. Throughout his college career at The University of Maine, he spent three consecutive summers from 2006 to 2008 serving at Arundel Wharf, a maritime eatery in Maine. Formerly, Bridges served at Quarterdeck and Rupununi located in Bar Harbor, Maine from 2004 to 2005. Bridges got his start in the industry at a local establishment called Dana’s Grill in his hometown of Hampden, Maine in 2000.

Outside of work, Bridges spends most of his time traveling or planning his next adventure. He hopes to explore more of Charleston and take in the rich and lively scene the Lowcountry has to offer. On his days off chances are you can find him enjoying cocktails at a local establishment or exploring one of Charleston’s many nature trails.
